While there are many dangerous and reckless behaviors that negligent drivers carry out, such as reaching excessive speeds and driving while very tired, drunk driving is an especially troubling problem. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reports that 28 people pass away in motor vehicle accidents that include a driver who is under the influence of alcohlol every single day in America.
